城市应急物流系统可靠性评价研究

城市应急物流系统是城市应对突发事件、减少损失的关键手段,对这一系统的评价研究有助于提升系统的可靠性,保证紧急状况下系统功能的实现。文章在剖析城市应急物流系统可靠性内涵的基础上,分析评价对象,整理、归纳评价内容,将评价内容指标化,构建城市应急物流系统可靠性的评价指标体系;根据评价指标具有模糊性、难以量化等特点,选择模糊综合评判法进行城市应急物流系统的综合评价,并结合实际案例检验评价指标、评价方法的可行性。

Research on Evaluating the Reliability of City Emergency Logistics System

City emergency logistics system is the key for the city to reduce losses, the research of the evaluation of this system helps to improve the reliability of the system, and en- sure the realization of system functions in emergency situa- tions. Based on the analysis of the connotation of urban emer- gency logistics system reliability, this passage analyse the ob- ject of the evaluation, summarize the contents of the evalua- tion, and change the contents into the index. Because of the fllzziness of these indexes, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected. Finally, we use a specific case to examine file feasibility and practicality of the model.
