| 摘 要： | 本文对我国中小企业海外上市的背景进行分析,总结了我国中小企业海外上市背景的特点,并结合我国中小企业板的发展情况,分别从IPO上市数量、融资额及公司行业分布等情况比较分析我国中小企业海外上市的现状,从而从定性的角度分析了我国中小企业海外上市的市场选择特点。

| Abstract: | Starting from the analysis of the background of the overseas listing of our SMEs, taking our SMEs listed in HKGEM, SESDAQ and NASDAQ markets as samples, this paper analyzes the status quo of overseas listing from the IPO listing numbers, the IPO financing amount and the IPO industrial breakdown respectively, and studies the market choice characteristics of overseas listing of our SMEs qualitatively. |
