| Abstract: | Learning organization has increasingly become a widely used term among scholars. Theoretical researches by the Western scholars are presented in this paper so as to facilitate future research and practical application, which includes: the definition of learning organization, individual learning and organizational learning, and the creation of effective learning organizations. The paper, in the final part, deals with the challenges, problems and implications for the future development of the theory and practice of learning organizations |
