| 摘 要： | 劳动力和土地是农业两个最基本的生产要素.农民的收入状况在很大程度上取决于农业劳动生产率和土地生产率.因势利导地提高劳动力和土地市场化程度,使其按照市场信号导向自由地流动,是提高农业劳动生产率和土地生产率以及增加农民收入的重要途径.
