经济全球化和经济转型都迫切地需要中国企业实施横纵向整合战略建立和提升国际竞争力。然而，中国现行的地方市场分割制度安排并不能够支撑中国企业做强主业和提升国际竞争力。地方市场分割对中国企业实施跨区域横纵向整合战略的影响途径和作用机理，除了宏观的经济管理体制约束外，还体现在对企业实施横纵向整合战略所应具备的产业基础环境的培育和对企业竞争力的形成和发挥两个方面。

The Mechanism of Market Segmentation on Trans -regional Integration Strategy for Chinese Enterprises: An Analysis Based on Current Literature

Abstract: Economic globalization and transition of Chinese enterprises are necessary by using horizontal and vertical integration strategy to establish and promote the international competitiveness. However, China's current market segmentation institutional arrangement is not able to support Chinese enterprises to do strong core business and enhance the international competitiveness. The influence and mechanism of local market segmentation on Chinese enterprises to implement trans-regional integration strategy, in addition to the limitation of the economic management system, and also reflected in two aspects including the implementation of enterprise horizontal and vertical integration strategy should have industrial basis for environmental cultivation and the competitiveness of enterprises formation.
