旅游区土地集约利用初步研究

随着旅游业的快速发展,我国各地兴起旅游区建设热潮,旅游区出现用地迅速扩张现象,使土地资源短缺的矛盾更加尖锐。从保护旅游区土地资源及其合理配置角度出发,研究旅游区土地集约利用问题显得尤为重要。旅游区的土地利用有区位性、多样性、综合性、营利性、关联性等五大特征、旅游区土地集约利用就是要完善土地管理体制、科学规划土地利用、资源核算与产权管理、制度与技术创新等。

Discussion on the Issue Concerning Intensive Land Use in Tourist Area

With the rapid development of tourist industry,a upsurge in construction of tourist areas are in the making throughout China;and this situation makes the land resources are getting more and more shortage.Based upon analysis on the characteristics of land use in tourist areas,these are: location,diversity,integrity,profit-making and relevance,the paper focuses on some measures for protection and rational allocation of land resoruces in tourist areas: perfecting land management system;making scientific plan for land use;strengthening resource accounting,property management,institutional and technological innovation.
