| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了360度回馈的概念。然后,分析在导入360度回馈系统时,企业自身应该需要的条件和注意事项,及如何建立一个专门计划小组进行实施和试点完成。最后,把360度回馈与企业计算机内部网相结合,设计了一个360回馈信息系统,并解释了模块之间的关系和运作流程。

| Abstract: | The paper, first of all, introduces a concept of a 360 degree feedback, and then an analysis is made of the conditions necessary for the enterprises ,the factors that needed to pay special attention to and how to establish a professional team to perform and make tentative experiment on this system. Finally, by combining the feedback system with the internet of enterprises, this paper designs a 360 degree feedback information system, and gives an explanation to the relationship of the modules and the operation process. |
