| 摘 要： | 风景名胜是特殊的国土资源,它只占国土资源总量的极小部分,因而弥足珍贵。这些资源现时正面临不合理的“旅游开发”和“利用”,以致不少地方名胜破坏,风景失色。本文认为有必要搞清国土资源与旅游发展的关系,即:风景名胜事业与旅游业发展是内容相关而性质不同的两回事,有些地区旅游业对国土资源的无序开发利用必须制止,旅游业自身的出路在于坚持可持续发展战略目标。

| Abstract: | Scenic spots and historical relies are special components of territorial resources, which are now faced with irrational de-velopment and utilization. It's necessary to clarify the relations between territorial resources and tourism development. Namely,that the two sides are interrelated but not the same things. The disorderly exploitation and utilization of territorial resources insome areas must be stopped and the right way for tourism itself lies on the strategy of sustainable development. |
