摘    要:高职院捧进行绩效工资改革的目的是使绩效工资与工作人员表现、业绩相联系,合理拉开差距,调动教职工的工作积极性。文章对广西高职院校绩效工资改革实践进行思考,分析其中存在的问题,并提出进一步完善此项改革的建议。

Abstract:The purpose of the performance salary reform in higher vocational colleges is to make the performance salary related with faculty' s performance and achievement, widen the salary gap reasonably and to arouse the faculty ' s working enthusiasm. This article carries on the ponder to the practice of performance salary reform in higher vocational colleges of 6uangxi, analyses the problems existing in the process of the reform, and puts forward the further improvement proposals.
