| 摘 要： | 黄河断流在历史时期早已发生过，主要是由于自然原因引起的，但人为因素也起着非常躲姝作用，它已经成为我国的一个严重的环境问题。为了解决黄河断流问题，可以通过全流域进行人工降雨、下游低洼地区蓄水以有开展南水北调中线调水等措施来达到目的。

| Abstract: | An occurrence in the twentieth Centu ry,break -off water discharge in the Yellow River channel,a serious environmental issue for China,has been caused main ly by natural factors.Human activities,however,have also been playing an important role in it.Measures can be taken to resolve the p roblem,such as artificial rainfall in the whole valley,retaining water in bottomland areas of downstream plain,and taking the mid-line project of South -North Water Transfer. |
