| Abstract: | Now the renovation of old normal industrial buildings has become the hotspot of urban construction investment in China with the advantages of the site , the building itself , context , economy , ecology and so on . During the process of the renovation movement , we should pay much attention to the key points of function exchange, historic feeling and place spirit. Its successful renovation is an effective approach of urban construction sustainable development. |
