| 摘 要： | 本文在分析回溯创新的内涵及特征的基础上,指出回溯创新不仅是跨国企业创新国际化的重要环节,也是发展中国家企业创新模式化演进历程的必然趋势。中国由于生态环境形势严峻,因此产业迫切需要生态化改造。回溯创新和生态改善是市场、环境和技术选择的必然结果。本文认为,应大力发展生态领域的回溯创新,促进我国企业国际化发展、经济增长模式的生态化转型。
