| 摘 要： | 专利产品的平行进口是国际贸易中的常见问题，关系到专利权人和社会公众之间的利益平衡，必须认真对待。国外对这个问题存在不同的看法。本文拟通过分析专利产品平行进口的特殊性和比较国外有关规定，针对我国如何对待专利产品的平行进口问题提出构想。

| Abstract: | ：Patent parallel imports are products of the common international trade issues related to the franchise and the balance of interests between the public must be taken seriously. Foreign countries exist different views on this issue. The paper proposed through the analysis of the specificity of patent products and parallel imports more foreign relevant provisions of China＇ s treatment of the issue of parallel importation of patented products by ideas. |
