冀西北八宝山地区区域地质特征

八宝山地区中上元古界一中生界侏罗系地层发育。上元古界下马岭组层序完整,上下限清楚,分段标志明显,是燕山全区内最典型的剖面地区。中生界侏罗系下花园组是区内唯一含煤岩系。 该区中生代构造运动强烈,构造复杂,褶皱断裂发育,相互切割。三叠纪的印支运动控制着本区煤系地层的分布和后期构造变动。 区内岩浆活动剧烈,岩石种类较多,侵入岩分布面积广。八宝山正长斑岩体为多期侵入并间有喷发的复合岩体,其产状为岩盖,在其下部盖有含煤岩系,为今后八宝山区重点找煤区。

Geological Characteristics in the Area of Babaoshan, NW, Hebei

This paper deathes with the characteristics of stratigrapny,igneous rocks, structure and tectonic evolution of Babaoshan area, NW Hebei, which is located in the middle segment of Yansban Mountains, Northern margin of the Northern china platform, tectonically.It is shown that the formation of coal basin in this area was controlled by syndepotional structures and the distribution of coal fields or coal series by later folding. It is also predicated that a key segment of coal-finding would be under the orthoclase porphyry sheet in the syncline of the southern part of this area.
