| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国反贫因政策的供给与贫困主体的反贫困需求不相适应,并且没有把贫困者放在反贫困的主体地位,导致了使得我国反贫困的效率低,本文分析了现阶段我国反贫困效率低的原因,并在此基础上提出了新的体现新发展观以人为本的反贫困理论.
