| 摘 要： | 创业板上市公司在获得更加广阔融资平台的同时，也面临着巨大的财务风险，包括筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险和受益分配风险。应完善创业板上市公司的治理机制，及时采取相应的风险防范和风险应对措施，加强外部治理，完善监管环境。

| Abstract: | As GEM - listed companies getting a wide range of financing platform, and they are also facing a huge financial risk, in- cluding financing risk, investment risk, capital risk and benefit distribution risk. We should perfect the governance mechanism of GEM listed company, take timely corresponding risk prevention and risk response measures, strengthen external management and improve the regulatory environment. |
