| 摘 要： | 首先简要探讨了建筑企业危机管理的概念和危机的类型，重点提出了评价建筑企业危机管理能力的指标体系和计算方法，最后给出了一个实例，验证了该指标体系及评价方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the theory and methods of AHP and fuzzy mathes, this paper has proposed a evaluation index system for the capacity of crisis management of the architecture enterprise, and comprehensively evaluates the capacity of crisis management of the enterprise, and at last gives the application example. |
