| 摘 要： | 随着事业单位人事制度改革不断深入,继实行全员聘用制度后,围绕收入分配制度改革这一核心,国家在事业单位开展了岗位设置管理工作,对包括高校在内的各类事业单位的发展起到了重要的促进和推动作用。同时,由于体制机制及政策层面等多方面原因,岗位设置管理工作还存在一些不足和问题,应通过深入调研并结合工作实践,采取相关建议和措施完善高职院校岗位设置管理工作。

Considerations on Post Setting Management Practice in Vocational Colleges |

| Abstract: | With deepening of reform in personnel system in institutions, centered on income distribution system reform, the nation is pushing post setting management work after comped tive employment system, exerting important influence on all sorts of institutions including colle- ges and universities. In the meantime, there exist some shortcomings and problems in post set ring management due to system and policy reasons. Corresponding measures should be taken based on deep research and practice. |
