| 摘 要： | 要实现循环经济"减量化、再利用、再循环"的发展要求,城市生活垃圾的治理是一个重要组成部分,坚持生活垃圾治理的"减量化、资源化、无害化"是实现循环经济发展模式的要求和体现。本文围绕垃圾源削减而设计的治理模型,有助于实现垃圾源的削减、分类回收和最终为垃圾无害化处理提供资金支持。
