U.S.financial crisis and its spread are closely linked to IMF institutional failure.The IMF power structure mainly reflects the interests of developed countries,particularly that of United States,which consequently induces its failure in keeping stability of international monetary system.The reform of international monetary system under the framework of the IMF has been on the agenda,but the United States still has a significant advantage in the power structure of IMF.Reconstruction of a new international financial order will be a long-term process.
