| 摘 要： | 金融危机期间,为保护国内经济,各国贸易保护主义抬头。反倾销作为贸易保护的主要手段被不断地使用。而中国作为世界出口大国,更成为各国发起反倾销调查的主要国家。我国应根据金融危机期间(2006—2010年)对我国发起反倾销调查的主要国家对我国反倾销调查的数量和产品类别及我国被反倾销调查的原因采取相应对策,如分散商品的出口地并可到东道国进行外商直接投资;提高出口商品的科技含量和附加值;积极使用WTO争端贸易解决机制,果敢应诉;同其他国家协商谈判,以争取我国的市场经济地位。

| Abstract: | In order to protect domestic economy,trade protectionism is on the rise during the financial crisis.Anti-dumping is the most favored measure of trade protection.As the world's major exporter,China receives the most anti-dumping investigation.We should adopt corresponding countermeasures according to the number,product categories and the cause of anti-dumping investigation to our country launched by major countries during the financial crisis period(2006-2010),which include disperse place of goods exports and carry through the foreign direct investment to the host country;improve the technology content and added value of export commodities;use the WTO dispute settlement mechanism of the trade positively,respondent boldly;and negotiate with other countries,in order to fight for our country's market economy status. |
