| 摘 要： | 就客运专线兴建后,人力资源、资本、技术、物流、信息资源等生产要素在京津冀经济圈内部的流动进行了分析论证,探讨了各生产要素的流动趋势以及对经济发展带来的影响。客运专线的兴建将在很大程度上促进京津冀经济圈内各种生产要素的流动,这在一定程度上加剧了京津的扩张效应和河北的收缩效应。
