| 摘 要： | 推进现代农业建设,符合新时期我国经济发展的客观趋势,顺应当今世界农业发展的必然规律。现代农业发展思路逐渐明确,以保障农产品供给、增加农民收入、提供劳动力就业、维护生态环境等为主要目标,以现代科学技术、现代工业装备、现代管理技术、现代加工技术、现代营销理念为支撑和先导,通过市场机制把产供销、贸工农相结合,一体化、多功能的现代农业体系逐步确立。
