The development of bank card project has a great signifi cance to reduce the cash fl ow,limit transaction costs for commercial banks.In rural areas,the promotion and use of bank cards subject to the laying of the selfservice fi nancial services equipment such as ATMs,POS machines.This article focuses on laying the diffi culty of self-service fi nancial services equipment in the less developed rural areas,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
