| 摘 要： | 区域经济增长容易步入的歧途是不可持续的增长和扭曲的增长,在发展区域经济的过程中,最佳的增长方式是可持续增长,即通过有序和平衡的资本积累来保持经济以一个合理的速度和比率增长,因此经济增长中的平衡点的控制是至关重要的环节。

| Abstract: | Regional economic growth may be misguided into unsustainable growth or distorted growth. So the sustainable growth is well accepted as the best way to enhancing regional economy. Economic growth can be kept at a reasonal speed and rate through the rational and balanced capital accumulation. In this process to control the best balancing point is the vital link. |
