| 摘 要： | 在对产业集群与供应链联盟概述基础上,具体分析了产业集群与供应链联盟的共性和差异性,得出两者有较强的关联性。产业集群为供应链联盟的组建和动态调整提供了广泛的基础,供应链联盟则通过灵活的组织结构和运作模式,调节产业集群内企业的竞争合作关系,有助于提升产业集群的竞争力。
