电子商务信用机制建设研究

摘    要:目前,我国电子商务发展不是十分理想,究其原因。有技术手段、交易成本、市场习惯、商业模式等多方面的问题,其中,最突出的是没有建立符合国情的电子商务信用机制模式。在电子商务概念己经为社会公众普遍接受的背景下.社会信用体系的缺失已经成为中国电子商务进一步发展的瓶颈。要促进中国电子商务的快速发展,必须尽快解决我国电子商务中存在的信用问题。本文就电子商务信用方面的相关问题进行了简单的探讨,并提出了一些解决我国电子商务信用问题的对策。

Abstract:At present,E-commerce industry in China has not been ideally developed.Probing into the roots of this phenomenon,we come into a conclusion that many problems can be the causes like technical skills,transaction cost,market practices,business models etc,among which the most prominent one is that the E-commerce credit system conforming to the situation of our country has not been established.Under the background that the E-commerce concept has been widely accepted by the public,the lack of the social credit system has become the bottle-neck of the further development of E-commerce industry in China.In order to promote the rapid development of China's E-commerce industry,the E-commerce credit problems must be solved as soon as possible.This article carries on a superficial discussion on the E-commerce credit related problems,and some measures has been proposed to consummate E-commerce credit problems.
