| Abstract: | Innovation sustains the progress of an enterprise. It is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity and development of an enterprise. Nowadays, technological innovation is the main factor of pushing forward economic growth, hence according to our country's high-tech industry technological innovative characteristics and the enterprises' resource superiorities, medium and small-sized high-tech enterprises must choose suitable technological innovation strategies between technological choice and technological substitution. |
