| 摘 要： | 农民收入增长缓慢是农村经济发展中最突出的问题。引发农民增收缓慢的原因是多方面的，不合理的体制是妨碍农民增收的重要原因。因此，要发展农业生产，增加农民收入，根本途径是对传统农业体制进行改革和创新。
