A Study of Organization Structure of Rural Credit Union: The Explanation of Entrustment

In recent years, more and more problems accumulated in the development of rural credit union appear, among them, the confusion of organization structure is worse. This article uses the theory of entrustment to reveal that the way out of reform of rural credit union is to rearrange its organization structure, that is, to make property right clear and form an incentive operation system and constrained system, and then to build a reasonable management structure and efficient organization system.
