| 摘 要： | 带式输送系统作为一种连续运输系统,已被冶金、煤炭、矿山、化工、电力、港口等各行各业广泛采用。文章研究了基于PLC的带式运输监控系统,针对被控对象的特点,提出了采用工控机(或触摸屏)和PLC两级计算机控制系统方案,并建立了动力系统的数值分析模型。系统硬件设计合理,软件功能完善,操作、维护方便,运行可靠。

| Abstract: | The conveyer monitored control system based on PLC is discussed in this paper.Aiming at controlled device's feature,the system adopting industrial control computer(or touch screen)and PLC is showed and the mathematical model is established in this paper.The system's hardware is reasonable,software's function is perfect and convenient to upkeep and operate,the system is credible. |
