| Abstract: | In view of the construction engineering cost features of complex construction, volatility, ambiguity, etc., the paper uses fuzzy mathematics method establish a mathematical model, engineering cost estimates, then it explains the engineering cost estimate calculation program, which is the basis and theoretical support of construction unit for control costs and bidding contractors＇decision-making. |
