| Abstract: | At present, it's very difficult for the college students to obtain employment. So the article brings to light the main causes influencing the employment of the present day college graduates, based on the analysis of the three aspects social present state, the quality of the graduates and the sense of choosing personnel of the units. In order to create a better employment environment and impove the comprehensive qualities of the graduates, the article provides some simple theoretical basis to it. |
