开发区土地扩张与经济增长关系研究——以国家级经济技术开发区为例

研究目的:通过研究开发区土地扩张对经济增长的作用,提出不同时期开发区的供地政策和增长方式。研究方法:将土地要素引入到道格拉斯生产函数模型,对国家级经济技术开发区的土地扩张和经济增长进行了实证研究。研究结果:土地要素是开发区经济增长的源泉之一,但土地要素在经济增长中的功能是在变化的,其经济增长源泉功能在经济发展中逐渐弱化,技术和制度要素促进经济增长的贡献在增大。研究结论:开发区经济增长方式的转变建立于土地内涵式扩张的基础之上,其特征是提高土地集约度和减弱土地扩张对经济增长贡献程度,途径是提高技术进步在增长中的作用,加强制度创新和管理变革对经济增长的促进。

Research on the Relationship of Land Expansion and Economy Growth of Development Zones: Taking the National Economic and Technological Development Zones as A Case

The purpose of the study is to make suggestions on land supply policy and growth mode of development zones in different stages by analyzing the influence of land expansion on economic growth.Method of Douglas Production Function was employed.The results indicate that land factor is one of the sources of economy growth in development zones and the role of land factor is changing,however.The importance of the land is decreasing in economy growth while the technological and institutional factors are contributing more.The change of economic growth mode of development zones should be based on improving the land use intensity and reducing the contribution of land expansion.Moreover,the roles of technological progress,institutional and management innovation should be paid more attention in economic growth.
