| 摘 要： | 面对当今物流发展的新形势和国外物流企业的进入所带来的多元竞争，我国物流企业有必要建立战略联盟来增强自己的竞争力和抗风险能力。文章从实际工作中物流企业有限理性的角度出发，利用进化博弈分析了我国物流企业战略联盟的利益分配原则及稳定性问题，为构筑稳定、有效的物流企业联盟机制提供了有益的参考。
