信息资源唯一标识标准化研究

随着信息资源开发利用的不断发展，我国很多领域都出现了不同的信息资源标识方案，其相关技术要求并不统一，而一些国际组织目前已提出对信息资源进行唯一标识的标准或规范。以国际上的有关研究为参考，面向我国各类标识方案的实际情况，开展我国信息资源唯一标识的编码规则、注册元数据、管理与应用等方面的标准化工作，对我国的信息资源共享具有重要意义。

Research on Standardization of Information Resource Identification

Information resources utilization is continuously developing today, and there are different information resource identification schemes within specific fields in China, with different technical requirements. There are already information resource identification standards on the international level. Referencing the international researches, and to meet the requirements of China＇s current situation, standardization about the coding structure, metadata for registry, maintenance and management of information resource identification will mean a lot to the future information resource sharing in China.
