| 摘 要： | 晚清法律改革的主要途径是法律移植。作为晚清法律改革的主持者,沈家本在其中扮演了重要的角色。他遵循“参酌中外、择善而从”的宗旨,促进了法律观念的改革,开展近代法学教育和人才培养,并组织译介西方法学著作,对晚清法律移植作出了重要的贡献。

| Abstract: | The principal means of the legal reform in late Qing Dynasty is legal transplantation.As the mastermind of legal reformation in late Qing Dynasty,Shen Jia-ben plays an important role.He follows better legal rules,both domestic and abroad,promote the reform of legal concept,carry out legal education and talent cultivation,organize the translation of Western legal works and contribute greatly to the legal transplantation in late Qing Dynasty. |
