| 摘 要： | 军事物流配送是一种新的理论体系和运作模式，是提高军事物流效率，优化和完善军事物流系统，改善物流服务，整合物流资源，降低物流成本的有效途径。而MIS又是军事物流配送系统的中枢神经，其功能作用至关重要。本文就军事物流配送的基本内涵、MIS的要求、MIS的功能结构模块的分析与设计等方面进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Military logistics delivery is a new theory system and practice pattern, and also it is a effective way to increase efficiency of military logistics, to complete and perfect the system of military logistics, to improve service of military logistics, to integrate logistics resources and to low logistics costs. How MIS is a central part of military logistics delivery system, and its function is fatal. This paper primarily studies some aspects about basic content of military logistics delivery, request of MIS, analysis and design of function construction of MIS. |
