| 摘 要： | 针对无车承运人(NTOCC)的商业模式与经营特点,挖掘其物流运作过程中出现的风险事件,运用物理-事理-人理方法(WSR)深入分析物流风险中的物理、事理、人理因素,构建三维度(物理、事理、人理)物流风险管理模型,形成了无车承运人物流风险管理WSR方法,最后应用实例分析了此模型在无车承运人风险管理中的应用情景,对无车承运人物流风险管理实务可提供一定的经验借鉴。

| Abstract: | In view of the business mode and characteristics of the NTOCC,this paper explored the risk events during its logistics operation,conducted an in-depth analysis of the physical,eventual and human(WRS)factors of the logistics risks existing therein,and constructed the three-dimensional WRS logistics risk management model to form the WRS logistics risk management method of NTOCC.Finally,an empirical example was used to analyze the application scenario of this model in the risk management of an NTOCC,which can provide some references for the logistics risk management practice of the NTOCC. |
