甘肃财贸职业学院成立教学改革团队,对近2年本校毕业生进行了网上问卷调研,并深入多家企业走访调研,完成物流市场劳动力分析报告,设计改良了物流管理专业人才培养方案。

Design of Talent Training Program of Logistics Management Specialty Talents Based on Research and Analysis:In the Case of Gansu Finance&Trade Vocational College

To effectively and seamlessly match the graduates of the logistics management specialty and the logistics enterprises,Gansu Finance and Trade Vocational College has set up a teaching reform team,and through an online questionnaire survey on the students who have graduated from the school within the past two years,as well as in-depth surveys and visits of several logistics enterprises,has produced a report of labor force analysis in the logistics market,and,based on this,come up with a talent training program to improve the teaching of the logistics management specialty.
