实时视觉中心技术在低速率视频通信中的应用

文章在对视觉中心技术和视频编码技术进行分析研究的基础上,利用低速率视频编码常采用粗量化的特点,设计并实现了一种快速的实时视觉中心处理算法。该算法将计算复杂度很高的视觉中心处理算法改进为只需简单的查表计算即可完成,从而极大地降低了计算量。实验表明:该方法能提高视频图像的主观质量。

A real-time visual center technique for low-bandwidth video communication

On the basis of analyzing and researching to visual center techniques and video code techniques,according to the low-bandwidth video coding often used to the characteristics of excessive quantified,a fast real-time visual center techniques processing algorithms is provided in this paper.The high computational complexity of visual center techniques processing algorithms is replaced by only a simple look-up table calculation,thereby greatly reducing the amount of computation algorithm.Results of the experiment show that the method can improve the subjective quality of the video.
