腐败是一种历史现象,也是一种社会现象。根治腐败既是一个历史性难题,也是一个世界性的难题。本文论述近些年来在中国共产党的领导下,我国实行依法治国,依靠"大力普法,从思想上根治腐败"有效途径及其重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

Strengthening Legal Education to Promote Rule of the Law

Corruption is a historical phenomenon, also a social phenomenon. Eradicating corruption is both a historical problem as well as a worldwide problem. This paper discusses great realistic meaning and profound historic significance that our country runs state affairs according to law, relies on the effective way of ＂vigorously popularizing legal knowledge, eradicating corruption from the thought＂ under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in recent years.
