| Abstract: | During the 30-year-reform and openning-up, the reform poliey of family contract responsibility system has been generally implemented, which developing rural market economy and enhancing agricultural bases in Chinese rural areas.The rural productivity has been liberated and developed, which promoting agricultural development, increasing farmers' income, changing rural appearance, and furthering the Chinese new socialist rural construction. |
