地勘单位如何应对职业高原现象

摘    要:随着现代社会竞争的日益加剧,地勘单位越来越多的职工都在遭遇"职业高原"现象的困惑,并对个人和地勘行业的发展都产生了严重的负面影响。地勘单位职工产生职业高原现象的原因主要有组织因素、管理机制因素和个人因素。因此,地勘单位应对职业高原现象应从三个方面努力:一是在组织方面要采取单位不断发展和重组、重塑企业文化、实行宽带薪酬、完善培训体系等措施;二是在管理机制方面应采取重新设计工作、多样化的奖励方式、制订公平的晋升机制等措施;三是职工个人要树立正确的自我观念,客观地认识自我优势和劣势,从而为全面提升自我,谋求后续发展预先做好准备。

Abstract:In face of the increasingly fierce social competition,more and more staff in geological prospecting units encounter "profession highland",which exerts adverse influence on personal development as well as prosperity of the geological industry at large.The paper makes analysis of three factors for "profession highland",namely,organizational,administrative and individual,and puts forward three suggestions accordingly: firstly,continuously restructuring the units,remolding enterprise culture,adopting Broadband Salary System,and improving training system;in the second place,redesigning work,diversifying rewarding system,and establishing fair promotion mechanism;last but not least,realizing the strength and weakness of ourselves and preparing for further development.
