| 摘 要： | 基地式教育实习和非基地式教育实习是师范院校教育实习的两种方式。基地式教育实习较之于非基地式教育实习有诸多优点。采用基地式教育实习形式必须以树立经营教育实习的理念为前提,并在教育实习基地的选择、建设和使用上灵活创新。

Managing the Base of Teaching Practice for Normal Universities |

| Abstract: | Normal universities offer two types of teaching practice: practice on the base and non-base practice.Comparatively speaking,the former has more advantages than the latter.So we should pay enough attention to the base practice,applying flexible and innovative means in choosing,constructing and using the bases for teaching practice. |
