核心竞争力是我国物流企业参与激烈的市场竞争的基础和关键,物流联盟是以物流为基础的企业战略联盟。随着社会经济的发展,物流企业正蓬勃发展起来。但是,我国物流企业数量虽然很多,但多数缺乏发展动力。本文站在物流企业的角度,从分析物流企业的核心竞争力入手,阐述在核心竞争力基础上的物流联盟的建立形式、方式和维护,以提高我国物流企业的竞争能力,改善物流服务水平。

Core competence is the groundwork and key for logistics enterprises in our country to prevail in the drastic market competition. Logistics alliance is the enterprises strategic alliance based on logistics.Along with the development of society economy,logistics enterprises are bloom in china.Although there are numerous logistics enterprises in china ,many of them are generally short of drive for development. Standing on the view of logistics enterprises and beginning with the analyse of core competence of logistics enterprises, this paper expatiated the form and way and maintenance of logistics alliance foundation, in order to enhance the competence of logistics enterprises in china,and improve the service level of logistics.
