我国水产养殖业内因致污的研究

本文在我国日益突出的水产养殖业的自身环境问题的现状、成因、影响作具体分析的基础上，认为产业布局不合理、养殖技术落后、制度安排不完善等造成水产养殖业自身环境问题的重要原因。水域污染和渔业资源的破坏造成了巨大的经济损失，降低了我国水产品的国际竞争力，破坏了水域生物多样性，动摇了水产养殖业的可持续发展。因此国家应当采取合理的渔业产业政策，建立和健全渔业环境管理制度，大力发展生态渔业，从而改善水产养殖业的生态环境，实现水产养殖经济的可持续发展。

A Study on the Environmentol Problems In Aquicultural Industry of China

Based on a serious analysis of the present status, reasonsand inf1uences of the ever-increasing aggravation of environmentalproblems in aquicultural industry in China, the authors put forwardthat the irrational distribution of aquiculture, backward technologiesand incomplete arrangement of environmental management systems inaquicultural industry contribute a lot to the deterioration of aquiculturalenvironment, which has caused a great economic loss, made Chineseaquicultural products less competitive in the world market, destroyedthe aquatic biodiversity to some extent, and hindered the sustainabledevelopment in aquiculture. It is, therefore, necessary that properindustry policies beadopted, sound environmental management sys-tems in the industry be established and ecological fisheries be devel-oped on a large scale for both better improvement of the ecologicalaquicultural environment and sustainable development of the industry.
