| 摘 要： | 科学的发展观指出了今后我国国民经济乃至在社会的整体发展思路,同时为我们新时期土地资源管理工作人员指明了工作思路。本文由我国土地资源现存情况入手,从科学的发展观的角度出发,对我国土地资源管理工作中的统筹规划做了建议性总结,提出了规划建设目标。

| Abstract: | The scientific development views indicate the ideas on the whole development of the national economy and point out the new ideas on management of land resource work. The article makes a preliminary research of the scientific view of development on the basis of analyzing the current land utilization situation and gives an overall consideration of the management of land resources with constructive objects. |
