京津冀服务业合作博弈分析与机制设计

服务业合作越来越成为区域经济合作中的重要内容。近年来,各级政府为推进包括服务业在内的京津冀区域经济合作采取了一系列措施,但是如果没有良好的机制设计,可能不会取得理想的效果。根据合作博弈机制分析,京津冀服务业实现良性合作需要如下机制设计:树立互利合作的共同价值观、破除垄断与完善市场机制、建立信息沟通机制、建立政府性协调组织机制、发挥非政府组织的中介沟通和商务信息服务的作用、完善激励约束机制。

A Cooperative Game Analysis of Jing - Jin - Ji Services and Mechanism Design

Cooperation in services is becoming more and more important in regional economic cooperation.In recent years,governmental departments have taken a series of measures to push Jin-jin-ji regional economic cooperation including services.Without good mechanism design,there may be no ideal effects.Based on the mechanism analysis of cooperative game,mechanism designs as follows are needed: building the common value outlook of mutually beneficial cooperation,eradicating monopoly and perfect market mechanism,improving information connection,constructing government coordinating organization,giving full play to the non-governmental organization in intermediary connection and business information service,perfecting incentive-binding mechanism,etc.
