我国第三方物流管理信息系统开发现状、问题与解决对策

本文认为,当前我国第三方物流企业缺乏对自身经营战略的定位及对管理信息系统(MIS)的合理规划,第三方物流MIS开发集中度较低,设计中没有很好地考虑客户需求,缺乏完善的相关业务信息的标准化工作执行环境。文章提出,要改进我国第三方物流MIS开发与应用水平,开发应有明确的产品定位或客户定位;第三方物流企业应仔细分析其现有物流运作流程和价值链,找出最需要改进的地方,与软件开发商共同参与第三方物流MIS规划;同时应加强信息数据的标准化。

The System Research and Development State, Problems and Countermeasures of MIS for TPL in Our Country

The author points out that,at present,because the TPL enterprises lack strategy positioning and rational layout of MIS,the design of their MIS does not take customer's requirement into account and lacks perfect corresponding situation for the implementation of informationization. To improve MIS developing and application level for TPL,MIS developing should has clear product positioning or customer positioning;TPL enterprises should carefully analyze the current logistic operation process and value chain and find out what should be improved;at the same time,they should strengthen the standardization of information data.
